Suzanne Pleshette worked as an actor and voice artist throughout the U.S. She had over one hundred credits in her almost five-decade career. Pleshette was born in New York and began her acting journey on stage. Later, she made the gradual transition to film. Pleshette's most famous films include "Rome Adventure", "The Birds", "Fate Is the Hunter", If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium" and "Support Your Gunfighter in the Local Area. In addition, she played many roles on TV and film. Pleshette was awarded four Emmy Awards nominations and was even nominated two times for Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was nominated 2 times and she won her the Laurel Award 1963 for The Birds. Pleshette passed away in 2008 and was awarded the status of a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
